Civic Involvement

In addition to opportunities within the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce, there are also numerous opportunities for civic involvement in your community. Champaign, Urbana, Mahomet, Savoy, and Rantoul, as well as the many other municipalities in Champaign County, have boards, commissions, councils, and task forces that you can become a part of to ensure your views are represented. Such opportunities for involvement include being a member of the Citizen’s Advisory Committee in Champaign or the Civil Service Commission in Urbana.
