Leadership Institute – this program is a combination of the best components of what was previously known as the Community Leadership Program (CLP) and the Advanced Leadership Program (ALP). It provides persons with an opportunity to identify their strengths as leaders and provides an understanding of the needed building blocks for leadership within businesses and organizations.

Drug-Free Illinois Workplace Program – designed to assist small to medium sized businesses with the cost of drug testing, a necessary and often costly component of safety in the workplace.
