Come visit the National Petascale Computing Facility and learn all about supercomputers and how they help scientists. See and touch components like motherboards, memory, and processors. Learn how more than 13 quadrillion calculations happen every second! This open house is part of the Engineering Open House at the University of Illinois and is suitable for all ages. NPCF is located at the corner of Oak St. and St. Mary's Rd., one block west of State Farm Center. Park free across Oak St. in parking lot E-14. Let us know you’re coming via our Facebook event!
