The Assistant Director (Care Manager) is a full-time, salaried leadership position.
The atHome Assistant Director coordinates and manages service delivery to clients in their homes, optimizing their abilities to remain independent and safe in their homes and providing t hem and their loved ones with peace of mind. The Assistant Director is the liaison between Clients and Team Members ensuring Clients receive the best care and services possible.
Primary Responsibilities Include:

Coordinating Client Service Delivery and Scheduling

Maintaining Compliance with State and Federal Regulations

Supporting Client Assessments and Care Plan Completion

Scheduling Care Professionals to Meet Client Needs

Participating in the Manager-On-Call Rotation

Payroll & Benefit Management

Hospital / SNF Care or Case Manager , Nursing Home Administrator , Assisted Living Director or Social Work experience

Supervisory experience is preferred

Are comfortable with technology and capable of learning/using a variety of software systems (electronic medical records, Microsoft products, etc.)

Are creative problem solver with business savvy

Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle and insurance
