The atHome Assistant Director works to build a team of quality Care Professionals who will provide services to our clients, allowing clients to stay as healthy and independent as possible in their own homes. The Assistant Director will collaborate with atHome Team Members to provide the best possible service, and is a liaison between the Team Members and clients.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Payroll & Benefit Management

• Interviewing, Hiring and Orienting New Team Members

• Maintaining Compliance with Labor Laws, State and Federal Regulations

• Oversee Staff Scheduling

• Managing Team Member Appreciation and Retention Efforts

• Oversee Client Billing

• Participate in the Manager-On-Call Rotation

Ideal Candidates:

• Human Resources Coordinator , Generalist or Manager experience

• Healthcare or similar industry experience is a plus

• Are comfortable with technology and capable of learning/using a variety of software systems (QuickBooks, time keeping software, electronic medical records, Microsoft products, etc.)

• Have a passion for helping others

• Are creative problem solver with business savvy

• Have a knack for customer service

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle and insurance
