    Are you a people person? Have a knack for creating social posts that capture attention? Interested in exploring and sharing unique programs around inclusive spiritual wellness and self-care?

    In a nutshell, the Marketing & Programs Manager takes the lead in scheduling and promoting workshops and classes; nurturing and supporting our Soul Care Partners, members, and guests; and creatively using the power of social media to get the word out, share what Soul Care is doing, and engaging with our audience.

    Up to 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule with some weekend and evening work required. On-site work is required, but some remote is available. $12/hour

    The right person for the job loves people and knows how to get them on board, has a heart for equity and inclusion, can think creatively to solve problems, likes managing details and working on processes, and is willing to be flexible and learn new things. They are also comfortable with all the tech stuff, social media, and the interwebs.

    The successful candidate for this position will have excellent writing skills, simple graphic design skills, not be afraid to talk on the phone or craft a well-written email, and likes finding stuff out and making things work!


    • You have to have experience and comfort with technology - especially social media scheduling and posting (including video and Stories) and how to use Google applications.
    • Ability to lift and carry tables and chairs.


    • Experience with program planning and promotion.
    • Specific experience with WordPress, MailChimp, Canva, and Zoom.
    • Experience working positively with diverse populations including gender, socioeconomic status, race, religion, sexuality, age, and ethnicity.
    • Experience or demonstrated interest related to personal development, wellness, or spiritual/faith development is preferred.

We’re creating a heart-centered community of spiritual practitioners and seekers who are living with intention into our most authentic selves.

    We are dedicated to providing a variety of mindfully designed experiences to help connect with self, others, and the divine. Classes and workshops, personal and group retreats, appointment-based services for mind/body/spirit wellness (massage, spiritual direction, coaching, reiki, etc.), space for stillness, and memberships linking a supportive community are offered. Area groups and businesses can also rent space for private events, workshops, and retreats. This is all done in a relaxed, serene setting.

    Everyone is welcome at Soul Care, whether they are engaged with a specific religious or faith community or see themselves as spiritual but not religious. We try to meet people where they are and invite them to learn new ways of engaging with the divine and their authentic inner selves. We are also intentional in making sure that all people from our diverse community feel welcomed and accepted at Soul Care.
