• Administrative Assistant - Caminos

    The Administrative Assistant (Program Assistant) for our Caminos program has the unique opportunity to support a program within Cunningham Children’s Home that works with children who have recently migrated to the United States seeking opportunities for reunification with family as well as the chance to pursue their education and legal immigration cases.

    This role provides administrative support requiring very strong attention to detail producing high quality work with patience and conscientiousness. We’re looking for a self-starter who has top-notch organization and communication skills, that can also be a resource for others’ learning and development.

    Given the nature of the program and its work with the Office of Refugee Resettlement Policy and Procedures, candidates must demonstrate familiarity and work experience related to knowledge of legal issues and governing practices. Additional requirements include:

    • High school diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
    • At least two years of experience in office management, including supervision and ensuring smooth operation of office tasks.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as a member of a diverse team and with executive/ leadership level staff.
    • Fluency to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish is preferred.
