The Christie Clinic Illinois Marathon Race Weekend is the last weekend in April. Marathon, marathon relay, half marathon, 10K, 5K, Mileand youth run, along with eight I-Challenge events. Thousands of fans and volunteers exemplify Midwest hospitality.
