Our Chamber is now offering four dynamic resource groups tailored to support your professional journey. Each group meets monthly, offering roundtable discussions and occasional expert-led sessions. *Registration does not guarantee a seat in a Resource Group. All applicants will be reviewed to ensure the eligibility of the group is being met. The Small Business Owner Group is limited to only one seat per industry.
Leading teams and departments isn’t easy—but you’re not alone. BLRG is a space for mid- to senior-level business professionals to collaborate, troubleshoot leadership challenges and strengthen their impact. Members meet monthly to discuss real-time issues and hear from occasional experts on topics that matter most.
Our Resource Groups are designed to foster cross-industry collaboration and provide confidentiality, so we limit participation to one representative per field. At this time, we are not accepting additional participants from law, banking, or staffing until a space opens. We appreciate your interest and are happy to place you on a wait list for inclusion in the future.
The Women Elevating Women Resource Group (WEWRG) empowers professional women from Chamber member organizations to grow, connect, and thrive. Through monthly roundtables, mentorship opportunities and expert-led sessions, members can gain new insights, share strategies and build meaningful relationships.
Running a small business comes with unique challenges—and you don’t have to navigate them alone. SBORG is a confidential, peer-led forum for small business owners to connect, share experiences and tackle real-world issues together. Monthly roundtable discussions and occasional guest experts provide fresh insights on the entrepreneurial journey.

Whether you're figuring out your next step, building confidence or expanding your network, this group offers monthly conversations and shared experiences with others on the same path.
